HeartBreak

Emptiness surrounds my lonesome heart
Smothering the life from me.
This void runs deep throughout my soul
Wishing to envelope all emotion.
I tear away, beginning to run,
hoping to free my mind from these confines.
Yet, every step I take, I stumble, and fall.
With every once of my strength, I try to move on,
But the implausible senerio keeps running through my mind
Making it impossible to keep forward.
So here I am
stuck in the darkness of a shattered heart once agian,
Unable to break loose from these chains,
As the emptiness envelopes me a second time.
